Our Mandates

Some of our mandates include the following:

• Design, development and set-up of a one-day training program on ERP SAP R/3 System. This program was directed at 850 employees of a multinational aeronautics and transportation company as well as at 1100 employees of their recreational products division in Canada and the United States.
• Design and development of a 12-hour self-training multimedia tool on the role of a financial advisor. This tool was designed for 700 employees of an important Canadian financial institution.
• Design and production of a half-day interactive training program on the subject of EVA (or Economic Value Added) for 1800 employees of a multinational telecommunication company in Canada and in the United States.
• Design and production of a 2-hour training program on environmental policies and implementation of ISO 14001 norm for a multinational company in the aeronautics and transportation industry. This program was translated into 4 languages for the benefit of its 60,000 employees working in their plants around the world.
• Adaptation of a 2-day group training program on a management philosophy based on the satisfaction of shareholders, customers and employees for a multinational company in the Pulp and Paper industry. This product was deployed to the company’s 12,000 employees in Canada and in the United States.
• Adaptation of a 1-day multimedia training program for a multinational company in the Pulp and Paper industry, aimed at the adoption of a client orientation by all its employees.
• Adaptation of a 1-day multimedia training program for a major financial institution on the importance of quality of service.
