Our History

Praxcim started in 1993 with the Barnaby training program: An Exploration Seminar of the Manufacturing System. This project was realized for a multinational corporation in the field of aeronautics and transportation. Although developed to introduce the manufacturing system to all employees, Barnaby became the reference for the transmission of a uniform content to all employees of a corporation using an interactive multimedia training program.

Subsequently, Praxcim collaborated with many prestigious clients in order to facilitate major organizational changes that required the commitment of all employees. To date, programs developed by Praxcim have fostered the training of over 200,000 employees worldwide, in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Germany, Finland, Austria, Mexico, Guyana and Surinam. The tools developed by Praxcim are available in French and English and have been adapted in Dutch, Spanish, German and Finnish.

Over the years, Praxcim has developed unique training and communication tools aimed at the transformation of organizations. Praxcim helps company employees and managers to understand the vision and the values of the organization by allowing them to actually experiment change.

And the story does not end here! Praxcim continues to develop new experiences to better meet the growing needs of its customers.
